Working with families in Gorey
Gorey is home. Our print house is in Gorey Business Park at Ramstown, and the cards are designed, printed, laminated and folded on site rather than sent away anywhere.
Because of that, Gorey families can do this the old way if they prefer: call in, sit down with one of us, bring a printed photograph to be scanned, and look at the board and laminate in your hand before deciding anything. We are open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, closed for lunch between 1 and 2.
If calling in is not possible in the days after a death, it makes no difference to the work. Email or WhatsApp the photograph and the wording and we will have a proof back to you the same working day where we can.
How ordering from Gorey works
- 1. Send us a photograph and the wording by email, or ring the shop and we will talk it through with you.
- 2. Choose a verse from our memorial verses and, if you like, an image from our photography themes.
- 3. We email a proof. Nothing is printed until you are happy with it.
- 4. We print and post within 2–3 business days of approval and post to Gorey — 2–3 business days, free over €150, or collect free in Gorey.
