Who you are dealing with

Ordering and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we confirm the order or begin work on it. Card payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details. Prices shown include design by our own team and Irish VAT.

Proofs and approval

For custom orders we set out a digital proof for you to check. Printing only begins once you approve it, so please read names, dates, ages and wording carefully — approval is your confirmation that the wording is correct. If you design your own card using one of our ready-made templates, the artwork you submit at checkout is the artwork we print.

Changes and cancellations

We do not charge for design changes, so ask for as many revisions as you need before approval. Once a proof is approved and printing has started, an order can no longer be changed or cancelled. If something has gone wrong, contact us immediately and we will do all we can to help.

Turnaround, delivery and collection

Once your artwork is approved — or you have chosen and bought one of our ready-made templates — we print and post within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Ireland costs €7.00, and is free on orders over €150. Collection from our Gorey shop is free during opening hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, closed for lunch 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm; closed saturday and sunday). Turnaround and delivery times are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates, though we will always tell you in advance if we expect a delay.

Photographs and copyright

By sending us a photograph or artwork you confirm that you have the right to use it. Photographs are used only to produce your order. Print quality depends on the quality of the file supplied — we will always tell you if an image is too small or too soft, and we will retouch where we can.

Personalised goods and returns

As every item is personalised it cannot be resold, so orders are not returnable for a change of mind. If cards are printed incorrectly on our side, or the print quality falls short, we reprint and redeliver at no charge.

Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any dispute falls to the Irish courts.
