How ordering works
Four steps, and you can stop at any point to ring us instead.
1. Choose the card
Folding memorial cards, bookmarks, wallet cards or acknowledgement cards. Many families order a folding card for the funeral and wallet cards or bookmarks to hand out afterwards.
2. Choose the quantity
Most families order 100. Prices come down per card as the quantity goes up, and a small repeat run is always possible later because we keep your artwork on file.
3. Send the photograph and wording
Upload them with your order, design the card yourself in our online designer, or ring us and read out the details. Our own design team lays out the card either way.
4. Approve your proof
We email a proof so you can check every name, date and line of the verse. Nothing is printed until you say so, then we print and post within 2–3 business days.

Ordering memorial cards — questions families ask
- What are memorial cards?
- Memorial cards are personalised keepsake cards printed after a death, carrying a photograph of the person who died, their name and dates, and a verse or prayer. In Ireland they are handed to family, friends and neighbours at the funeral Mass, at the Month's Memory and on anniversaries. Some families also order matching bookmarks or wallet cards.
- How much do memorial cards cost?
- Folding memorial cards are €55 for 15 and €168 for 100. Wallet cards start at €50 for 15, bookmarks at €75 for 15 and acknowledgement cards at €45 for 15. Design by our team and VAT are included in every price. Delivery is €7 anywhere in Ireland, free over €150, or collect free in Gorey.
- How many memorial cards should I order?
- A hundred is the usual order — enough for close family, neighbours, work colleagues and the people who called to the house. If the funeral was large, 150 or 250 is safer. We keep the artwork on file, so extra cards can be printed later.
- Can you help if I am not sure what to put on the card?
- Yes, and there is no extra charge for it. Ring us on 053 94 22900 or email your photograph and we will suggest a layout, a verse and the wording for the front and inside. Our verses library is organised by length, by faith and by family member.
- How long do memorial cards take?
- We print and post within 2–3 business days of you approving the proof, to every county in Ireland. If a Mass or Month's Memory date is tight, tell us when you order and we will work to it.
