Turnaround & Delivery Times

How long will my order take?

Our turnaround starts the moment your artwork is approved. If you have designed your card yourself using one of our ready-made templates, it starts as soon as the order is paid. From that point we print and post your cards within 2–3 business days.

The only things that stretch that a little are very large orders, a long series of design changes, or a stock shortage on a particular card. If we think your order will take longer we tell you straight away and work out a plan with you — if you are tied to a funeral, month’s memorial or anniversary date, say so and we will prioritise it.

Nationwide delivery in Ireland

Orders are posted from our Gorey print shop to every county in Ireland, from Donegal to Kerry. Delivery costs a flat €7.00 and is free on orders over €150. Allow 2–3 business days in the post once your cards are dispatched.

Free collection in Gorey

Prefer to collect? Choose Collection at checkout — there is no charge, and we email you the moment your cards are ready. Collect from Unit 9, Gorey Business Park, Ramstown, Gorey, Co. Wexford, Y25 V123.

Please note the shop is closed for lunch 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, and we are closed saturday and sunday, so plan collections for weekday mornings or afternoons.

Nothing prints without approval

Every custom order is set out as a proof and emailed or sent by WhatsApp for you to check names, dates and wording. We never print until you say yes, and we do not charge for changes — ask for as many revisions as you need.

If there is ever a problem with your order

Every card is printed and quality checked in our own premises before it leaves. In the unlikely event that the print quality is not right, contact us as soon as you can and we will reprint and redeliver at no cost to you.

Because memorial cards are personalised and made to order they cannot be resold, so they are not returnable for a change of mind. As we always print from an approved proof, claims for wording that was approved cannot be covered — but talk to us and we will do everything we can to help.
