- When should I order memorial cards?
- You can order at any time. Some families need cards for the funeral or Month’s Mind; many others order weeks or months later when they feel ready.Read our practical guidelines
- Can I order after the funeral?
- Yes. A large number of our orders are placed after the funeral, often around the Month’s Mind or first anniversary.
- How long does it take once I approve the proof?
- We print within 24 hours of proof approval and post the same or next working day. Delivery is free on orders over €150.Delivery and turnaround details
- Do you offer express service?

- Do you design the cards for me?

- How many proof revisions do I get?
- Multiple revisions are included so you can be completely happy before we print.
- Can I use my own verse or poem?
