How It Works — Ordering Online
Our ready-made templates let you see your card as you build it. Nine short steps, no design skills needed, and our team is on the phone the whole way.
Step by step
Step 1
Choose your card type and design
Start by deciding which keepsake you need. Traditional folded memorial cards give you the most room for photographs and verses, bookmarks and wallet cards are lovely to hand out and keep close, and our thank you acknowledgement cards match the same designs. Every template is one we print ourselves, so what you see is what arrives.

Step 2
Open it in the online designer
Choosing a template opens it in the designer. The card is shown exactly as it will print — inside and outside for folded cards, front and back for bookmarks and wallet cards — and it updates as you type. Nothing is committed at this stage, so try a few templates and see which suits.
Step 3
Add the names, dates, age and wording
Fill in the fields on the left: the name of your loved one, the dates, their age, address if you would like it included, and the small headings such as “In loving memory of” or “Who died on”. Text resizes itself to fit the space neatly, so long names and short names both sit correctly.
Step 4
Add the photograph
Upload a photo straight from your phone or computer. You can move it, zoom in and choose an oval or rectangular crop. If the photograph is old, creased or a little soft, send it anyway — our designers retouch photographs as part of the price, and there is never a charge for extra photos.
Step 5
Choose your verses
Our verse library is grouped by religious, non-religious, short and long verses, along with prayers and blessings. Copy the one you would like into the designer, or paste in a verse the family has written. Different card types hold different amounts of text, and the designer shows you at once whether it fits.
Step 6
Set your quantity
Choose the quantity you need and the price updates as you go, so you can see the tiered rate before committing. Most families order enough for everyone who attended the funeral plus a few spares for relatives abroad — it is always cheaper to add a few extra now than to reprint later.
Step 7
Choose delivery or free collection
At checkout choose nationwide delivery within Ireland — €7 flat, free on orders over €150 — or free collection from the shop in Gorey. We will email you the moment collection orders are ready. Please remember we close between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM for lunch and are closed at weekends.
Step 8
Add to cart and check out
Add your finished card to the cart and check out securely. We ask for your email address, phone number and delivery address so we can send your proof and reach you quickly if we have a question. Design and VAT are already included in the price shown — there are no hidden extras.
Step 9
Approve, and we print and post
If you have asked us for changes, our designer emails a proof for you to approve — no charge, no matter how many revisions. Once your artwork is approved, or once a ready-made template has been chosen and bought, we print and post your cards within 2–3 business days, and we tell you in advance if anything might take longer.

Delivery in Ireland
€7.00 flat, free on orders over €150. Allow 2–3 business days in the post once your cards are dispatched.
Collect in Gorey
Free of charge, Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. We close for lunch between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, and we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Questions Customers Ask Us
Do I see the card before it is printed?
Yes. The online designer shows your card exactly as it will print, and if you ask us for any changes we email a proof for approval first. We never print without your say-so.
How long will my cards take?
Once your artwork is approved — or once you have chosen and bought one of our ready-made templates — we print and post within 2–3 business days. Delivery within Ireland then takes another 2–3 business days.
Can I change the design after ordering?
Yes, as long as printing has not started. Ring us on 053 94 22900 or reply to your order email and we will adjust it. We never charge for design changes.
Do you charge extra for photographs or design work?
No. Photo retouching, extra photographs and design work are all included in the price you see, along with Irish VAT.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery anywhere in Ireland is a flat €7, and free on orders over €150. Collection from our Gorey shop is always free of charge.
When can I collect my order in Gorey?
Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We close for lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, and we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Are envelopes included?
Our thank you acknowledgement cards come with white made-to-measure envelopes included.
Can I order over the phone instead?
Of course. Call 053 94 22900 during shop hours and we will take the details, design the card for you and email a proof before printing.
