How it works
Coming back for more cards
No need to send the photograph or the wording again.
Your artwork stays on file
Once a design is printed we keep the artwork, so a reprint does not start from scratch. There is no need to send the photograph or the wording again unless you would like something changed.
Extra cards later on
Families often find they need more cards than they first ordered — relations abroad, neighbours who called, or cards kept for grandchildren. A second, smaller run can be printed at any time.
The same wording, or new wording
A reprint can be identical to the original, or the wording can be adjusted — a line naming a Month's Mind, a first anniversary or a birthday remembrance — while keeping the same photograph and border.
Reprints for a later date
Many reprints are ordered for an occasion rather than simply to top up the numbers. If the cards are for a Month's Mind Mass or a first anniversary, we can adjust the wording to suit the date while keeping the design your family already has.

- How long do you keep the artwork?
- We keep artwork on file after printing, so if you come back to us months or years later we can usually pick up exactly where we left off. If you are not sure whether we still have yours, ring us on 053 94 22900 with the name on the card and we will check.
- Can I order a smaller number the second time?
- Yes. Reprints follow the same quantity bands as a first order, so you can order the quantity that suits you rather than repeating the original run. You will find the bands on our price list.
- Can you change the wording or the verse on a reprint?
- You can. Changing a verse, correcting a date or adding a line for an anniversary is straightforward, and we will email you a fresh proof to approve before anything is printed.
- What if the original cards were printed somewhere else?
- We can still help, but we would be starting the design again rather than reprinting. Send us a clear scan or photograph of the old card along with the photograph you would like used, and we will set it up to match as closely as we honestly can.
- How quickly can extra cards be with us?
- Once you approve the proof, cards are printed and posted within 2–3 business days. If there is a date you need them for, tell us when you order and we will let you know straight away whether it is realistic.
