RIP Memorial Cards – A Lasting Tribute To Your Loved One

Remembering at Christmas

Christmas Remembrance Cards

Memorial cards for remembering someone at Christmas — a first Christmas, a tree of remembrance, or a parish remembrance list. Printed in Gorey, Co. Wexford.

Ways families remember

Christmas remembrance takes many forms

A quiet card for the family, or one shared more widely — whatever suits.

  • The first Christmas

A first Christmas after a death is often felt more sharply than an anniversary. Some families choose a card with a quieter, more personal verse for this first year, kept for close family rather than given out widely.

  • A tree of remembrance

Many towns and parishes hold a tree of remembrance where a card or name is placed for someone who has died. If you need a small card sized to hang or attach, let us know and we will size it to suit.

  • Church remembrance lists

Some parishes read out names at a Christmas remembrance Mass, and a family may want a card to bring or leave with the parish alongside this. We can print exactly what is needed, in whatever quantity.

Order in good time

December post can be slower than the rest of the year, so we would ask families wanting cards for Christmas to get their photograph and wording to us as early as they can. We print and post within 2–3 business days of your proof being approved, and free collection from our gorey shop, monday to friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (closed 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm for lunch).

Questions about Christmas remembrance cards

Do you print cards specifically for Christmas remembrance?
Yes. We can design a memorial card with wording and imagery suited to Christmas — a quieter verse, a winter scene, or simply the usual layout with a line marking the season — whatever feels right for your family.
When should we order to have cards in time for Christmas?
The post gets busy in December, so it is worth ordering as early as you can in November if possible. We print and post within 2–3 business days of approving your proof, but earlier ordering avoids any risk around the Christmas post.
Can you make a small card for a tree of remembrance?
Yes, we can size a card to suit a tree of remembrance display or a similar community event. Tell us the size needed and we will design accordingly.
What wording suits a Christmas remembrance card?
Some families use a verse about missing someone at Christmas or around the table; others simply use the usual memorial wording. We can show you a few options and you can choose what feels right, or write your own.
Can we reuse a photograph and design from an earlier card?
Yes, we hold artwork on file, so if you have ordered from us before we can reprint the same card, or adjust it slightly for Christmas, without starting from scratch.
